Returns and Refunds
Our Refund and Return Policy covers purchases made within the last 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that certain products are not eligible for return, including seasonal items which are considered final sale.
For processing your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly notify you via email to confirm the item’s receipt. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or declination of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card. Please allow several days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Should you not receive your refund in a timely manner, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Verify your bank account once more.
- Contact your credit card company, as it might take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, considering there could be inherent processing time before refunds are posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Refunds are applicable only to regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Depending on your location, the duration for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items exceeding a value of $75, it’s advisable to use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without proper tracking.
